Flex is seeking an Electronics Test Engineer in Mexico to support testing and validation of electronic products and systems. You will implement and maintain cost‑effective test methods, interpret data, and train technicians across fast-paced manufacturing environments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, strong PLC knowledge, and hands‑on experience with test equipment, plus intermediate to advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in test development and validation for electronic products and systems.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, controllers, interfaces, cabling and system integration.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coordinates engineering activities for testing and test control equipment.
• Develops and calibrates instruments to test, record test data and ensure quality.
• Interprets test data and prepares technical reports for engineering and management.
• Trains technicians on test hardware/software and problem solving techniques.
• Resolves test yield problems by root cause analysis and corrective actions.
