Flex Guadalajara North is seeking an Automation Engineer to specify, design, install, and maintain automation equipment and applications to meet specs. Take ownership from concept to production and deploy automation across Flex sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong software development background in industrial automation, with experience in C#, Python, Visual Studio, .NET Framework/.NET Core, REST APIs, and AI/data-driven manufacturing. English proficiency preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Strong software development background with a focus on industrial automation solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own automation projects from concept to production and deployment.
• Design, install, and maintain automation equipment and applications.
• Prepare RFQs and evaluate supplier quotations for best cost and timing.
• Develop budgets and schedules; manage projects to stay within them.
• Lead automation projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics for manufacturing.
