Flex is seeking a Senior Test Engineer in Guadalajara, North Campus, to drive test engineering activities for a SpinCo initiative. You will lead troubleshooting, develop test strategies, and mentor engineers in a manufacturing setting focused on high reliability and data-driven improvements.
The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience in AOI/AXI/ICT test platforms and Python/Linux environments.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting and failure analysis of electronic products and test systems.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Hands-on testing experience in AOI, AXI, ICT environments.
Responsabilidades
- Lead test engineering activities and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
- Develop, implement and optimize test strategies for electronic products.
- Monitor KPIs such as yield, FPY, downtime, and equipment efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to test engineers and technicians.
- Support NPI activities and communicate results to stakeholders.
