Flex is seeking a Test Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, South Campus. The role focuses on preparing and researching tests, overseeing test equipment and software, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting while supporting production needs.

You will develop test programs, analyze data, and drive improvements in testing processes. The position requires hands-on testing with ICT and functional tests, plus strong collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in Test Engineering within electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with automated test systems, diagnostics, and electronic troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of electronic testing processes and methodologies.
• Knowledge of MOH/PPV/cost analyses and profitability concepts a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coordinates testing activities for electronic products and software.
• Develops and maintains test programs and fixtures; analyzes test data.
• Troubleshoots test failures and performs root-cause analysis.
• Trains floor staff on test hardware/software and problem-solving techniques.
• Generates technical reports and documents test processes for reproducibility.
