Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner providing design, build and delivery of innovative products. A Production Engineer will develop, maintain and optimize test and burn-in processes across multiple lines in Mexico, ensuring safety and quality yields while coordinating with maintenance and engineering teams.

The role requires an Associate degree and about six years in related work, with strong reading of drawings/schematics, troubleshooting skills, and ability to train others.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent training and about 6 years of related experience.
• Strong ability to read complex drawings, schematics and use testing instruments.
• Experience developing, maintaining and improving test and burn-in processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, maintains and improves all test and burn-in processes within area of responsibility.
• Reviews process specifications and updates as required to reflect process requirements.
• Ensures safety specifications and monitors quality yields while driving process reliability.
• Provides training/certification packages for manufacturing and maintenance staff.
• Supports new product introduction and development with engineering teams.
