Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Sales Training Specialist - Interventional for Latin America. You will develop and execute regional training programs spanning coronary and peripheral interventions, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Commercial Excellence to build clinical expertise and advanced selling capabilities.

The role requires 3–5 years in medical device sales or related roles, plus a track record of delivering training in classroom or virtual formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in medical device sales/marketing or a related commercial role.
• Experience delivering training programs, including classroom and/or virtual formats.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training programs focused on coronary and peripheral interventions for Latin America.
• Educate commercial teams on therapies, sales skills and competitive positioning.
• Translate clinical data into practical commercial education for field teams.
• Provide field coaching and onboarding support for new hires.
