PPG is seeking a Self-service sales executive based in Monterrey to drive regional sales and marketing strategies for Architectural Coatings Latin America. You will report to the Regional Coordinator and guide store personnel to meet area goals.

The role involves handling sales data, managing store portfolios, mentoring advisors, and delivering performance reports via the mobile platform. A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of supervisory experience are required.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent completed.
Office skills: intermediate Excel including pivot tables, filters, formulas; smartphone.
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions managing personnel.
Average visits: 4–5 stores per day.
Qualities: negotiation, leadership and analysis.

Responsabilidades

Achieve the goals of the area.
Manage and guide personnel at points of sale.
Handle sales information.
Oversee movement and execution of the store portfolio under your charge.
Manage personnel, overseeing advisors in sales and trade marketing strategies.
Prepare reports on results and sales closing (on the mobile platform): inventories, budgets, store checklists (image, codes, shrinkage).
