Kellanova in Querétaro, México is seeking an Order Management Analyst (temporary) to oversee end-to-end purchase orders, ensure accuracy, on-time deliveries and cross-functional collaboration across departments.

You will manage ~68,000 orders annually, coordinate ~68,000 deliveries at 980 points on 120 routes, and drive service level improvements while supporting invoicing and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and strong Excel skills are required; SAP knowledge is desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• Intermediate Excel skills; SAP knowledge desirable.
• Basic understanding of transportation, inventory, and warehousing.
• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Purchase Orders: Process and validate ~68,000 orders annually, ensuring inventory availability and system accuracy.
• Deliveries & Logistics: Coordinate ~68,000 deliveries per year across 980 delivery points and 120 national routes.
• Customer Service Excellence: Achieve 98% service level and 99% on-time delivery with zero incorrect cancellations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Credit & Collections, Transportation, Operations, and Demand Planning to guarantee smooth invoicing and distribution.
• Data & Reporting: Track and report service KPIs, cancellations, and customer rejections to drive continuous improvement.
