The Citi branch in Ayutla de los Libres, Guerrero seeks an entry-level Teller to support branch activities and deliver client-facing services. You will process transactions, manage cash, and help the branch generate revenue by offering optimal solutions.

As part of Citi's Customer Service function, you will educate clients on digital banking, adhere to policies, and provide an exceptional client experience while maintaining risk controls.

Formación

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
• Money handling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly and efficient service.
• Perform banking transactions, manage branch cash and vault operations.
• Identify referral opportunities for Citi products based on client needs.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options offered by Citi.
• Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to safeguard assets.
• Address client needs and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products.
• Foster an exceptional client experience while meeting defined metrics.
