Flex is seeking a Process Eng Technician for our Aguascalientes site to support wave solder and conformal coating activities. You will work under the Process Engineering Manager, analyzing processes, coordinating with production teams, and helping optimize equipment performance to deliver reliable, high-quality electronics.

Key areas include profiling PCBAs with KiC/Datapaq, programming PVA equipment, and implementing preventive maintenance for wave solder and coating processes to sustain yield

Qualifikationen

• Experience in wave solder process.
• Experience profiling PCBAs using KiC or Datapaq.
• Experience programming PVA equipments.

Aufgaben

• Profile the equipment’s such as Wave Solder and selective Solder.
• Ensure preventive activities for wave solder process, conformal process.
• Program and fine tunning for the router program. Update MPI.
