Flextronics - The Flex Company in Aguascalientes is seeking a Process Eng Technician to support wave soldering and conformal coating processes, reporting to the Process Engineering Manager. The role involves hands-on work with the PTH process, design evaluation, and direct collaboration with manufacturing teams.

The technician will profile PCBA boards, program and tune equipment like wave solder and routers, and help ensure preventive maintenance and process optimization.

Formación

• Experience in wave solder process.
• Experience profiling PCBAs using KiC or Datapaq.
• Experience programming PVA equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Profile the equipment such as Wave Solder and selective Solder.
• Ensure preventive activities for wave solder process, conformal process.
• Program and fine tune for the router program.
• Update MPI.
