Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner located in Aguascalientes. We are seeking a Process Eng Technician to support our wave solder and conformal coating activities under the Process Engineering Manager, contributing to process analysis, design, and optimization.

The role focuses on hands-on work with wave solder equipment, PCB profiling, and process programming tasks to drive product quality and efficiency on the shop floor.

Formación

• Experience in wave solder process.
• Experience profiling PCBAs using KiC or Datapaq.
• Experience programming PVA equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Profile equipment such as Wave Solder and selective Solder.
• Ensure preventive activities for wave solder process and conformal coating process.
• Program and fine tun for the router program.
• Update MPI.

Job Summary

Job summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Eng Technician located in Aguascalientes Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, Process Eng Technician role involves working in the PTH process, conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, work directly with the wave solder process and conformal coating process.

What a typical day looks like:

• Profile the equipment's such as Wave Solder and selective Solder.
• Ensure preventive activities for wave solder process, conformal process.
• Program and fine tunning for the router program.
• Update MPI.
