Flex is seeking a Process Eng Technician in Aguascalientes to support manufacturing teams that build innovative products. You will contribute to efficient processes and hands-on production support across PCB assembly lines.
You will work in the PTH process, wave solder and conformal coating, profile equipment, and assist with maintenance, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. This role offers growth within a global manufacturing environment.
Formación
- Experience in wave solder process.
- Experience profiling PCBAs using KiC or Datapaq.
- Experience programming PVA equipment.
Responsabilidades
- Profile equipment such as Wave Solder and Selective Soldering.
- Ensure preventive activities for wave solder and conformal processes.
- Program and fine-tune router programs.
- Update MPI and related documentation.
