Flextronics, a global manufacturing partner, seeks a Process Eng Technician in Aguascalientes to support wave solder and conformal coating processes. You will analyze, design, and modify processes under the Process Engineering Manager, collaborating with production teams to optimize equipment and yield.

Key responsibilities include profiling Wave Solder and Selective Solder equipment, tuning router programs, and ensuring preventive maintenance.

Formación

• Experience in wave solder process.
• Experience profiling PCBAs using KiC or Datapaq.
• Experience programming PVA equipment.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, Process Eng Technician role involves working in the PTH process, conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, work directly with the wave solder process and conformal coating process.

Typical Day

• Profile the equipment’s such as Wave Solder and selective Solder.
• Ensure preventive activities for wave solder process, conformal process.
• Program and fine tunning for the router program.
• Update MPI.
