Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Mexico is seeking a Technology Architect II to join the NA Tech Center. The role supports the United States and Canada, delivering part of a detailed technical design and assisting with solution design and reviews.

This hybrid role expects about two days per week in an HPE office, with responsibilities including delivering tasks, configuring systems, and presenting technical materials to customers and team members.

Formación

• 3-5 years of technical experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study.
• Without a degree, two additional years of relevant professional experience (5-7 years in total).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project.
• Understand a broad spectrum of technology to deliver detailed technical design meeting customer requirements.
• Install new systems applications; update applications, firmware, and drivers; perform configuration and testing.
• Prepare technical presentations and demonstrations; participate in customer meetings.
• Collaborate with team and customer representatives to accomplish tasks.
