Job summary

ABB in San Luis Potosí seeks a Training Programs Coordinator to design and deliver internal and customer technical trainings for products, systems, and services. You will plan the Training function and ensure proper instructors and classrooms for each scheduled course.

You will also provide schedule changes to other departments during overscheduling and strive to certify excellent customer service with a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business management or similar.
• 5+ years coordinating Technical Training programs.
• Management of quotations, proposals and suppliers/contractors.
• Development of training calendars and ensuring accomplishment of annual plan and audits.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver internal and customer technical trainings.
• Plan and guarantee continuous execution of the Training function.
• Assign instructors and classrooms for each scheduled course.
• Provide schedule changes for other departments in case of overscheduling.
• Establish pricing for courses and provide relevant data for use along with proposals.
• Select, manage, and guarantee proper training of outsourced trainers.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction in your area of responsibility.
