ABB in Mexico is seeking a Service Manager to implement the service strategy and drive growth at the LATAM unit. You will lead the service organization, manage the P&L, and ensure profitability while optimizing resource utilization.

The role requires developing processes based on customer feedback (NPS), delivering delivery and performance standards, and expanding the service portfolio to align with global direction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
• 8+ years of service business management experience in electrical systems.
• Proven leadership in large projects (3M USD+) for industries such as Minning, Oil & Gas Utilities, Food & Beverage, or Building/Infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Implement service strategy as a member of the management team and ensure it is executed across the service organization.
• Drive day-to-day service operations to achieve profitable growth and optimize productivity.
• Monitor and report performance targets as part of the unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, satisfaction, excellence).
• Develop processes and practices based on customer feedback (NPS) and expand the service portfolio in line with global direction.
