Qualifikationen

• Bilingual Spanish and English with strong interpersonal and written communication.

• Portfolio of contacts in automotive and industrial coatings preferred.
• University degree in specialty chemicals or related field.
• Strong sales drive with technical orientation.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office, and Business Objects.

Aufgaben

• Drive profitable growth via market research and technical sales calls.
• Provide market feedback and drive technical solutions.
• Develop and execute Market Development plans.
• Collaborate with distributors to target opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events.
• Support new product launches with coordination and training.
• Deliver customer presentations and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Lab, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Maintain CRM and manage budgets.
• Travel to customer locations 60%+ of time.
