Insight Global seeks a Technical Project Manager to support a growing IT Strategy and Operations team. You will manage and analyze solution and application requests from intake through implementation, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems and collaboration with business stakeholders.

The role requires strong project management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• 5+ years of experience in project management within technology.

Job Description

An Insight Global client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support a growing IT Strategy and Operations team amidst an evaluation of their current 3rd party, and internal application ecosystem. This role will focus on managing and analyzing solution and application requests from initial intake through implementation, ensuring seamless integration into legacy systems, and working closely with business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key responsibilities include:

• -Meet with business stakeholders to support internal IT operations
• -Analyze application requests, determine business value, document workflows and processes
• -Coordinate implementation and deployment activities - Okta setup, various IAM projects, integrations with enterprise legacy systems (Salesforce, Glean, Oracle, etc.)
• -Create, own and apply decision-making frameworks
• -Define order of operations and map dependencies for application implementation
• -Ensure applications align with existing ecosystem standards
