Infosys Limited in Mexico City seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of complex, high-impact programs that advance eCommerce products and platform strategy.

You will act as a single-threaded owner for large initiatives, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and senior leadership to translate strategy into execution, balancing business needs with technical constraints, and delivering outcomes with quality, predictability, and scale.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, system architecture, or technical product/program management.
• Technical Background - Java or .NET application development experience preferred
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade technical programs from concept through launch.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, including distributed systems, APIs, data stores, and cloud services.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to read and reason about code and architecture (hands-on coding not required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

Required
