Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in technology with leadership roles in applications development.
• Experience as Technical Lead or equivalent for 3+ years.
• Strong English technical proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one or more Applications Development teams to meet goals and manage personnel duties.
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects.
• Formulate strategies for applications development and related areas.
• Coordinate with architects, analysts, and project leaders to ensure quality documentation and execution.
