The role sits at the intersection of business requirements, applications, infrastructure, and IT delivery, translating needs into technical solutions and working with infrastructure, application, and development teams to drive delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise applications.
• Experience gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements.
• Ability to document processes and system workflows.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and actionable solutions.
• Work closely with infrastructure, application, network, security, and development teams.
• Analyze existing applications and infrastructure environments to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Document application integrations, system dependencies, interfaces, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Support application implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and infrastructure-related projects.
• Participate in solution design discussions and provide business and technical analysis.
• Coordinate requirements between application teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Develop technical documentation, process flows, system diagrams, requirements documentation, and other project deliverables.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Help identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential impacts associated with proposed changes.
• Support project planning, implementation, and production deployment activities.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise applications.
• Experience working with infrastructure teams and application/engineering teams.
• Experience gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements.
• Understanding of application architecture, system integrations, interfaces, and dependencies.
• Experience supporting application implementations, upgrades, migrations, or integrations.
• Ability to understand and document technical processes and system workflows.
• Experience with requirements management, process mapping, testing, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business/technical documentation tools.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud environments, databases, or security technologies.
• Experience with enterprise applications and application integrations.
• Familiarity with APIs, middleware, data interfaces, or system-to-system integrations.
• Experience working with ERP or other enterprise business applications.
• Experience in manufacturing or other large enterprise environments.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL or IT service-management concepts.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
