Formación

• 2+ years of EDR/DLP endpoint experience required.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proven experience solving escalated technical customer issues.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers.
• Serve as internal and external point of contact for customer escalations.
• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Conocimientos

EDR/DLP endpoint experience

DLP, Insider Threat and CASB solutions

Hands-on experience in SaaS security

Networking knowledge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
