Cyberhaven is seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Engineer based in the greater Mexico City area. You will drive implementation and configuration of Cyberhaven solutions, tailor datasets and policies to clients, and perform advanced troubleshooting to ensure successful deployments.

You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver training, provide strategic guidance, and maximize ROI while staying current with security trends and product enhancements.

Formación

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineer, Delivery Manager, or Professional Services with Endpoint Security experience.
• Experience with endpoint security products and DLP tools is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, log analysis, and debugging skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation and configuration to deploy Cyberhaven solutions in diverse client environments.
• Collaborate with clients to define technical requirements and design custom dataset and policy solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using log analysis and coordinate with Support, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Deliver technical training to end users and act as trusted advisor to maximize product value.
• Maintain ongoing client communications, progress updates, and post-implementation reviews.
