Alten Mexico 1 seeks a Technical Recruiter to attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent in Querétaro. You will understand technology roles and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

You’ll source passive and active candidates, conduct technical screenings, and partner with teams to define requirements. Experience with ATS tools and proactive sourcing is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the tech industry/startup/enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, QA, and Embedded Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, referrals, etc.).
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct technical screenings and initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, role expectations, and candidate profiles.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) and continuously improve processes.
