ALTEN Mexico is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to oversee the recruitment process for engineering and technology roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, craft effective job descriptions, and attract top talent.

You will mentor junior recruiters, manage end-to-end hiring, and report on recruitment metrics to leadership while staying current with industry trends.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably senior or specialized role.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and industry trends in engineering/tech.
• Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborating with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and tailor job descriptions.
• Source candidates from job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior recruitment staff.
• Track recruitment metrics and report progress to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
