ALTEN Mexico is seeking a Technical Recruiter to attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent in Querétaro. The role involves proactive sourcing, technical screenings, and close collaboration with hiring managers to define requirements and candidate profiles.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in technical recruitment, strong knowledge of tech roles, excellent communication, and experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field and 2–3 years in technical recruitment.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for software, data, DevOps, QA, and embedded roles.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).

Responsabilidades

• Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through multiple channels.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline.
• Conduct technical screenings and initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and timely communications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand needs and priorities.
• Advocate for candidates and share insights to aid decision making.
• Stay updated on industry salary benchmarks and market trends.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
