Placements24 is seeking a Technology Startup Hiring Specialist in San Luis Potosí to lead full lifecycle recruiting for engineering, product, design and related roles. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, crafting tailored strategies for startup environments and building strong relationships with founders and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Business/HR or related
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in tech/startups
• Proven ability to recruit for niche and in-demand tech roles
• Deep understanding of tech landscape and development methodologies
• Excellent interviewing, assessment and candidate engagement skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple priorities
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools
• Fluency in Spanish; English desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology startups, from early-stage hires to scaling engineering and product teams
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for software developers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and UX/UI designers
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies tailored to the startup environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with startup founders, hiring managers, and stakeholders
• Understand culture and vision of each startup to ensure cultural fit during hiring
• Manage candidate experience with speed and high efficiency for fast-paced hiring
• Stay updated on tech trends, startup funding landscapes, and competitive talent market insights
• Utilize modern recruitment technologies and platforms to optimize the hiring process
• Contribute to building our client’s reputation as a go-to partner for tech startup talent acquisition
