Placements24 is a rapidly growing technology solutions company seeking a dedicated IT Recruitment Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will source, screen, and hire IT professionals across software, data science, and cybersecurity roles while collaborating with hiring managers nationwide in Mexico.

This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Mexico, with a strong emphasis on building a diverse talent pipeline and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, technologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess fit.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliant processes.
