Avnet is seeking an Inside Sales professional to combine customer service with technical knowledge to sell products, services and solutions to new and existing customers. You will manage inbound and outbound communications and develop trusted relationships to expand accounts and maximize value to the company.

In this role you will deliver pricing, quotes and final solutions while coordinating with internal teams to meet customer requirements and drive revenue and margin growth.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Typically <1 year of related experience.
• Basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, ERP and order management.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers sales solutions and opportunities to customers to grow revenue and margin.
• Develops and maintains trusted relationships with assigned customers/accounts.
• Provides pricing, quotes, and input on products and final solutions.
• Coordinates with internal teams (product, materials, field sales, suppliers) to meet customer requirements.
• Responds promptly to customer information requests and drives order fulfillment.
