Avnet LLC is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service professional in Mexico to handle a mix of inbound and outbound communications. You will develop trusted relationships with customers, promote product offerings, and identify sales opportunities to grow revenue and margin.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, coordinating with product, materials, field sales and suppliers, and delivering accurate pricing and quotes.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of related experience in inside sales or customer service.
• Thorough knowledge of SAP, ERP and order management.
• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and WebEx.
• Experience using QuoteFX and SupplierWin is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains trusted relationships with assigned customers/accounts.
• Promotes Avnet solutions to customers and identifies sales opportunities.
• Responds promptly to customer inquiries and requests for information.
• Coordinates sales activities with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Explains pricing, quotes and final solutions to customers.
