Define the ML solution architecture: data and feature pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment (batch and real time, cloud and edge) and integration with product APIs. Where appropriate, define generative-AI patterns (for example retrieval over technical documents) with clear guardrails and evaluation.MLOps and lifecycle Define the MLOps approach: experiment tracking, model registry, CI/CD for models, automated retraining, monitoring for drift and data-quality issues, and rollback. Set model evaluation standards (accuracy, robustness, bias, explainability) and acceptance thresholds agreed with the business.
