Capgemini Engineering in Mexico seeks a Senior Frontend Tech Lead to design and develop frontend apps using React and TypeScript, and to shape scalable architectures. You will guide architecture decisions, drive code quality, and mentor engineers in an agile environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, promote engineering excellence, and contribute to technical roadmaps and modernization efforts on meaningful, high-impact projects for global clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/SE/IS or related field.
• 7+ years frontend development experience.
• 0.5+ years React and TypeScript experience.
• 2+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise frontend architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise frontend architectures.
