The Big Jobsite en México busca un Desarrollador UI React JS/Cloud-Native para crear interfaces web modernas y escalables con React.js y Next.js. Trabajarás con equipos de producto, diseño y backend, aprovechando SSR y capacidades modernas para entregar experiencias de usuario de alta calidad.

El rol se centra en rendimiento, accesibilidad y integración con servicios empresariales, con colaboración continua en pruebas, revisiones de código y mejoras de pipelines.

Formación

• Experiencia en desarrollo frontend con React.js y Next.js.
• Conocimientos de SSR y Server Components.
• Experiencia con APIs REST y autenticación.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web modernas con React.js y Next.js.
• Construir soluciones frontend escalables aprovechando SSR y componentes de servidor.
• Integrar interfaces con APIs REST, servicios backend y headless CMS.
• Optimizar rendimiento y asegurar accesibilidad y SEO.
• Colaborar con UX/UI y equipos backend para experiencias confiables.
• Participar en revisiones de código, pruebas y mejoras continuas.
• Contribuir a pruebas automatizadas y a pipelines CI/CD.
• Resolver problemas de producción y promover prácticas cloud-native.

Your Role As a React JS / Cloud-Native UI Developer

you will be responsible for building modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to develop cloud-native frontend solutions using modern React and Next.js capabilities. This role requires a strong focus on performance, maintainability, accessibility, and seamless integration with enterprise-grade backend services.

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Build scalable frontend solutions leveraging Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Server Components, and modern data-fetching patterns
• Integrate user interfaces with REST APIs, backend services, headless CMS platforms, and authentication services
• Optimize application performance through caching strategies, code splitting, lazy loading, and frontend best practices
• Ensure applications are compliant with accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO requirements
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and reliable user experiences
• Participate in code reviews, testing initiatives, and continuous improvement activities to maintain high-quality standards
• Develop and maintain automated testing strategies to ensure application stability and performance
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-based deployment processes
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Promote cloud-native development practices and help drive technical innovation across the team

Your Profile

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Server Components, and modern data-fetching techniques
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for building responsive and maintainable user interfaces
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs, backend services, headless CMS platforms, and authentication solutions
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization, caching strategies, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and cloud-native deployment environments
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently in fast-paced Agile environments
