Capgemini Engineering in Aguascalientes is seeking a Tech Lead to guide frontend development using React and TypeScript. You will define architecture standards, enforce code quality, and mentor junior and senior developers across projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• 0.5+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
• 2+ years in technical leadership or tech lead roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
