Capgemini Engineering busca un líder técnico para diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones backend con .NET y Azure, guiando un equipo hacia prácticas de alto rendimiento.

El candidato ideal tiene experiencia en sistemas distribuidos y arquitecturas cloud-native, con capacidad de mentoría y gestión de riesgos técnicos en entornos Agile.

Formación

• 7+ años de experiencia en desarrollo backend con tecnologías .NET.
• 3+ años diseñando e implementando soluciones en Microsoft Azure.
• Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y proyectos a escala empresarial.
• Fondo sólido en sistemas distribuidos, microservicios y arquitecturas nativas de la nube.
• Experiencia integrando servicios backend con aplicaciones React.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones backend con .NET y Azure.
• Definir estándares de arquitectura, desarrollo, seguridad y calidad de código.
• Conducir revisiones de código y asesorar al equipo de desarrollo.
• Guiar decisiones técnicas centradas en escalabilidad, mantenimiento, resiliencia y rendimiento.
• Promover mejores prácticas de ingeniería y mejora continua.

Your role:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of backend solutions using .NET and Azure.Define architecture, development, security, and code quality standards.Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to development team members.Guide technical decisions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, resilience, and performance.Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.Manage technical risks and support the resolution of complex issues.

Your profile:

• 7+ years of experience in backend software development using .NET technologies.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

• Experience integrating backend services with React applications
• Understanding of TypeScript fundamentals and modern frontend ecosystems
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
