Capgemini Engineering is seeking a mid-level React Engineer to join our remote team in Mexico. You will build scalable user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Redux, delivering clean, responsive designs and well-tested components.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product and QA, own features end-to-end, and contribute to code reviews, CI/CD, and best practices. The role offers a remote-friendly environment with opportunities for growth and continuous learning.

Formación

• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and React ecosystem.
• Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit and React Native.
• Proficiency in responsive UI and modern CSS (TailwindCSS/Styled Components).
• Experience with unit testing using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with Git workflows (GitFlow).

YOUR ROLE

Has more than a year of relevant work experience. Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design and software development principles. Consistently works to direction with minimal supervision, producing accurate and reliable results. Individuals are expected to be able to work on a range of tasks and problems, demonstrating their ability to apply their skills and knowledge. Organises own time to deliver against tasks set by others with a mid term horizon. Works co-operatively with others to achieve team goals and has a direct and positive impact on project performance and make decisions based on their understanding of the situation, not just the rules.
