Job summary

Capgemini Engineering Mexico seeks a Lead Frontend Developer to steer frontend architecture and delivery using React and TypeScript. You will mentor developers, uphold coding standards, and drive best practices across projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, guiding technology decisions and modernization efforts while ensuring scalable, secure, and performant frontend solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Frontend Development experience.
• 5+ years with React and TypeScript.
• 2+ years in Technical Leadership or Tech Lead roles.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise frontend architectures.
