Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Frontend Development experience.
- 5+ years with React and TypeScript.
- 2+ years in Technical Leadership or Tech Lead roles.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Experience designing scalable enterprise frontend architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Define and promote architecture standards, code quality practices, and development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to junior and senior developers.
- Guide technology decisions considering scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
- Promote a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps and modernization strategies.
