Capgemini Engineering, líder mundial en servicios de ingeniería, busca un experto en desarrollo backend para liderar soluciones .NET en Azure. Ofrecemos un entorno con foco en escalabilidad, rendimiento y prácticas de ingeniería de alto nivel.

El rol requiere 7+ años en backend con .NET, 3+ años en Azure y experiencia liderando equipos en proyectos a gran escala. Se valoran Docker, Kubernetes y capacidad de mentoría dentro de un marco Agile/Scrum.

Formación

• 7+ años de experiencia en desarrollo backend con .NET.
• 3+ años diseñando e implementando soluciones en Microsoft Azure.
• Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y proyectos a escala empresarial.
• Fuerte experiencia en sistemas distribuidos, microservicios y arquitecturas cloud-native.
• Experiencia con Docker y Kubernetes.
• Observabilidad y monitoreo.
• Experiencia integrando servicios backend con aplicaciones React.
• Conocimientos de TypeScript y ecosistemas frontend modernos.
• Experiencia en Agile/Scrum.
• Habilidades analíticas y de liderazgo.
• Buenas comunicaciones y gestión de stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones backend con .NET y Azure.
• Definir estándares de arquitectura, desarrollo, seguridad y calidad de código.
• Realizar code reviews y mentoría técnica al equipo de desarrollo.
• Guiar decisiones técnicas hacia escalabilidad, mantenibilidad y rendimiento.
• Promover mejores prácticas de ingeniería y mejora continua.
• Gestionar riesgos técnicos y apoyar resolución de incidencias complejas.

Your Role

Lead the design, development, and implementation of backend solutions using .NET and Azure. Define architecture, development, security, and code quality standards. Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to development team members. Guide technical decisions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, resilience, and performance. Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement. Manage technical risks and support the resolution of complex issues.

Your Profile

• 7+ years of experience in backend software development using .NET technologies.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

• Experience integrating backend services with React applications
• Understanding of TypeScript fundamentals and modern frontend ecosystems
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
