Job summary

Schaeffler Mexico seeks an experienced professional to drive regional product application initiatives within the vehicle lifetime solutions segment. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop, monitor, and implement project plans while maintaining detailed documentation and reporting on progress.

The role requires 4+ years in automotive projects, 2+ years in leadership, and strong English plus proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Automotive projects.
• Minimum 2 years as team leader or manager.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Advanced English technical level.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Increase coverage for all the product lines across the region
• Developing, monitoring and execution project plans, including tasks and schedules, leading to implementation.
• Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation.
• Regular reporting on ongoing projects and tasks.
• Research and analysis of competitor, OE, and vehicle data.
• Maintenance and management of product and material master data throughout the product lifecycle (setting up new numbers, track workflow and catalog release process, initiate phase outs and track workflows)
• Maintain all the product content information in PSP (References, Attributes, Descriptions, Warranty and Kit contents)
• Preparation and creation of product-specific information.
• Identification of quality issues and implementation of corrective measures.
• Enhancement of PSP requirements from a regional and global PA perspective.
• Define the vision, objectives, and priorities for regional and global Product Application activities.
• Align regional requirements with global product application standards and priorities.
• Establish common processes, tools, and performance standards across teams.

Your Qualifications
