Schaeffler Mexico is seeking an IT professional to manage PLM-related SAP and Windchill tasks, address incidents, and drive improvements. You will lead process/tool implementations via business demand management and coordinate testing and training for users across the region.

Responsibilities include rolling out tool versions with the Global team, participating in S/4HANA PLM rollout, providing project support, and delivering training to key users. Join a dynamic global tech leader in Puebla.

Formación

• Candidate holds a graduate degree in CS, math, statistics or modeling.
• 5–10 years of IT/PLM experience.

• Resolve IT tickets (Incidents / Service Requests) for PLM modules in SAP and Windchill.
• Lead the design and rollout of new processes/tools via demand management.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and create training documents.
• Rollout new tool versions regionally with Global team.
• Support PLM module rollout of S/4HANA.
• Provide project support and training to key users.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Resolve IT tickets (Incidents / Request for Service) related to the PLM module in SAP and Windchill.
• Lead the implementation/improvement of new processes/tools through the Business demand management process:
  • Understand & document business requirements o Develop functional specifications from business requirements
  • Develop, document, implement and present new solutions
  • Coordinate the end-to-end testing
  • Create training documents
• Rollout new versions of the existing tools/processes in the region along with the Global team
• Participate in PLM module rollout of S4 HANA
• Provide Project Support
• Provide Training to key users

Your Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics and Modeling, Software Engineering
• 5 to 10 years
