Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to think out of the box.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams.
• Graphic design or visual content studies are preferable.
• Softwares like Articulate and Camtasia preferable.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Data analysis knowledge. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core content for requests from the Americas region, including legal content, quality templates, branding materials, and related assets.
• Support regional quality assurance activities to promote consistent processes and compliance with established standards and indicators.
• Coordinate, monitor, and document the annual requalification process across the region.
• Create training courses and communication throughout the assignment period.
• Conduct and support audits to assess process monitoring, usage, implementation, and effectiveness.
• Support the IT merge projects for our regional LMSs (Learning Management Systems).
• Contribute to team projects by conducting research, compiling data, and creating presentations.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, document organization, and scheduling.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Prepare and present reports summarizing learning and contributions during the internship.
