Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking a Product Applications professional in Mexico to drive regional coverage, lead project plans, and maintain detailed product data across the lifecycle.

The role requires strong English, automotive knowledge, and MS Office expertise to support cross-functional teams. You will analyze competitor data, manage PSP content, and align regional needs with global standards, contributing to innovative solutions for customers and partners in the automotive

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in automotive projects.
• 2+ years as team leader or manager.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Increase coverage for all the product lines across the region
• Developing, monitoring and execution project plans, including tasks and schedules, leading to implementation.
• Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation.
• Regular reporting on ongoing projects and tasks.
• Research and analysis of competitor, OE, and vehicle data.
• Maintenance and management of product and material master data throughout the product lifecycle (setting up new numbers, track workflow and catalog release process, initiate phase outs and track workflows)
• Maintain all the product content information in PSP (References, Attributes, Descriptions, Warranty and Kit contents)
• Preparation and creation of product-specific information.
• Identification of quality issues and implementation of corrective measures.
• Enhancement of PSP requirements from a regional and global PA perspective.
• Define the vision, objectives, and priorities for regional and global Product Application activities.
• Align regional requirements with global product application standards and priorities.
• Establish common processes, tools, and performance standards across teams.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Automotive projects
• Minimum 2 years as team leader or manager
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Advanced English technical level
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
