Job summary

Schaeffler Mexico seeks an experienced professional to drive regional product application initiatives within the vehicle lifetime solutions segment. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop, monitor, and implement project plans while maintaining detailed documentation and reporting on progress.

The role requires 4+ years in automotive projects, 2+ years in leadership, and strong English plus proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Automotive projects.
Minimum 2 years as team leader or manager.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
Advanced English technical level.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

Increase coverage for all the product lines across the region.
Developing, monitoring and execution project plans, including tasks and schedules, leading to implementation.
Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation.
Regular reporting on ongoing projects and tasks.
Research and analysis of competitor, OE, and vehicle data.
Maintenance and management of product and material master data throughout the product lifecycle.
