MAHLE GmbH in Monterrey, MX, is seeking a Tax Analyst to support the Tax department with compliance, reporting, and tax filings including corporate income tax and withholding tax.

You will gather data, prepare working papers, assist audits, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines. Entry-level to experienced hires welcome; full-time role in Monterrey.

Formación

• Experience in tax compliance or corporate tax role.
• Knowledge of Mexican tax law and concepts.
• Internship or professional experience in multinational or public accounting firm is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Wors, Outlook).
• Detailed-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data required for tax calculations and compliance.
• Prepare working papers supporting monthly tax provisions, prepayments, and annual tax filings.
• Assist in the preparation and initial review of tax calculations and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized tax records, filings, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor tax deadlines and support the timely submission of all tax obligations.
• Assist with tax audits, official notices, and information requests from tax authorities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain and validate information required for tax reporting.
• Provide general support to the Tax team during budgeting, forecasting, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

Your Contribution:

The Tax Analyst will provide essential support to the Tax department in managing tax compliance and reporting obligations. He /she will help to prepare direct tax filings, including corporate income tax and withholding tax. Additionally will support audits and accurate tax record maintenance.

• Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data required for tax calculations and compliance.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience in tax compliance or corporate tax role.
