Job summary

TTEC seeks a HRMS Principal Analyst (Taleo) to work remotely from Mexico City, focusing on the Taleo platform enhancements, integrations, and user training. You will lead full-cycle Taleo projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement efficient Talent Acquisition processes. A senior level candidate with strong technical background is required.

You will mentor others, support enterprise solutions, and help shape strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

8–10 years of full-cycle implementation and support experience in Taleo applications.
Experience in corporate talent acquisition operations and strategy is valuable.
Understanding of basic data architecture and integrations between core systems is valuable.
Taleo Connect Client (TCC) integration experience required.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide functional/technical expertise for Taleo initiatives within the platform.
Participate on project teams to deliver enterprise-wide solutions to complex problems.
Offer alternatives and recommendations on innovative technology solutions.
Perform detailed configuration to meet functional requirements for enhancements and projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Oversee design, development, and deployment of new Taleo functionalities; develop end-user training.
