Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Talent Lead located on Flex Guadalajara. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Org. Effectiveness the Talent Management Lead
What a typical day looks like
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify talent, leadership, organizational, and capability gaps.
- Translate business objectives into talent priorities and development strategies.
- Assess regional workforce needs and provide recommendations to strengthen leadership pipelines and critical capabilities.
- Monitor talent health indicators, risks and opportunities in general as well as identify and foster emerging hipo talent.
- Guide leaders and HRBPs through talent review, succession planning, and development planning processes.
- Support succession bench strength discussions and readiness assessments.
- Facilitate calibration discussions and promote consistent talent practices across the region.
- Leverage talent data and insights to inform workforce decisions and talent investments
- Deploy global leadership development programs and solutions within the region.
- Facilitate new leader acceleration, executive onboarding, team effectiveness, and other approved talent interventions.
- Debrief assessments and leadership feedback tools including 360 feedback and personality/leadership assessments.
- Partner with business leaders to accelerate leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.
- Diagnose team and organizational challenges using approved frameworks and tools.
- Facilitate team effectiveness interventions and support leaders through significant organizational changes.
- Help leaders translate employee feedback, survey data, and organizational insights into meaningful action plans.
- Drive adoption of culture, engagement, and Ways of Working initiatives
- Ensure successful implementation of global talent programs, processes, and standards.
- Advocate for regional business needs while maintaining alignment with enterprise talent strategies.
- Partner with Global Process Owners and Talent SMEs to improve programs and provide regional feedback.
- Promote standardization and discourage development of redundant regional solutions when global solutions exist.
- Support continuous improvement of talent processes, tools, and employee experiences.
- Build trusted relationships with HR leaders, HRBPs, business executives, and COE partners.
- Influence decisions through expertise, data, and consultation rather than formal authority.
- Serve as a thought partner on talent, leadership, and organizational effectiveness matters.
- Create alignment among global, regional, and local stakeholders to achieve talent outcomes
The experience we’re looking to add to our team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organization Effectiveness, HR Business Partnering, or a related discipline.
- Experience facilitating executive and leadership development programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Experience working across multiple geographies, cultures, and business environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment.
- Deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and executive coaching skills.
- Ability to leverage workforce data and analytics to generate business insights.
- Strong project and change management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance enterprise consistency with regional business realities.
- Skilled at influencing without direct authority in highly matrixed organizations.
