PepsiCo is seeking a People Planning Analyst to deliver data-driven talent insights that support global talent management. You will analyze talent data, develop dashboards, and partner with HR stakeholders to drive informed people decisions.

Your role requires strong analytics, attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills, with collaboration across global teams and a focus on operational efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams across regions.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter with proactive mindset and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Support global People Planning and Talent Review processes across sectors and regions.
• Analyze talent data and generate actionable insights for business decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and validate talent reports, dashboards, and analytics across HR systems.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across platforms and reports.
• Support succession planning, talent calibration, and talent pipeline reviews.
• Manage multiple requests and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate reporting.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and data summaries for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with HR, Analytics, Technology, and Global Talent Management.
• Maintain documentation and operational guidelines for continuity.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The People Planning Analyst plays a critical role in delivering data-driven talent insights that support global People Planning and Talent Management strategies.

This position is responsible for analyzing talent data, developing reports and dashboards, supporting talent review processes, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization to drive informed people decisions. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with global teams.

The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organized, comfortable working with ambiguity, and passionate about transforming data into actionable business insights.

Your Impact

As TM Analyst your responsibilities would consist of …

• Support global People Planning and Talent Review processes across multiple sectors and regions.
• Analyze talent data and generate actionable insights to support business and talent decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and validate talent reports, dashboards, and analytics using various HR systems and reporting tools.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across talent management platforms and reports.
• Support succession planning, talent calibration, talent card management, and talent pipeline reviews.
• Manage and prioritize multiple requests while ensuring high levels of service and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate reporting, and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and data summaries for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Analytics, Technology, and Global Talent Management.
• Maintain documentation, process guidelines, and operational standards to support business continuity.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams across regions and organizational levels.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ownership mentality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
