Job summary

Benchmark in Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco, Mexico, is seeking a Recruiter to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process and act as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Psychology or related field, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and familiarity with recruitment platforms. Fluent English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for current job openings.
• Serve as the main point of contact between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process in alignment with company values.
• Conduct candidate sourcing through job boards and professional networking platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and pre-employment medical examinations.
• Collect and validate documentation for employee files.
• Support internal recruitment campaigns in collaboration with the Internal Communications team.
• Participate in onboarding activities, including completion of hiring documentation.
• Promote the company’s employer brand and position it as an employer of choice.
• Partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire the best talent.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a professional and people-centered approach.
